2013 Session Pricing

Almota Roses Photography (that’s me — Wendy McGraw) offers wedding and  portrait sessions on-location in Whitman County, WA or in my loft studio in Colfax, WA.   For children, families, and seniors, please keep in mind that some of the best light for outdoor photos occurs early in the morning before 10AM and in the late afternoon (after 6PM in the summer).  For newborns and babies, I prefer to work out of my  studio.

So how does all this work?

First, you pick the session you want.

The session fee includes:

• pre-session consultation either via the telephone or email — discussing wardrobe coordination, locations, props, and makeup.
• the time and talent of the photographer during the shoot
• professionally retouched and hand edited photos in a password protected on-line gallery for your print or digital file ordering convenience
• print and product ordering consultation
• archiving of digital negatives for 1 year

High School Seniors

Full Session Fee:  $150 with $250 print/order minimum required

Up to 3 hours of photography — uniquely all about YOU — your favorite places,  your hobbies, your style, your “you-ness”!  I like to take the time to find out what makes you who you are, and try to bring what is “uniquely you” out in your senior portrait session.

Multiple locations, as many wardrobe changes as you want, time allowed for hair and makeup adjustment during the session.

Extensive pre-session consultation about wardrobe choices  and locations.

Includes an online, password protected, proofing gallery of 30-40 unique images for ordering prints and/or digital negatives.

Includes complimentary submission of digital image for senior yearbook (you must provide me the information for submission)

Mini Senior Session fee: $75 with $100 print/order minimum required

Just want a session for the yearbook and forget all the fluff?  This senior session is for you!

Includes a 30-60 minute session, one location, as many top changes as you want.

Includes an online, password protected, proofing gallery of 10-15 unique images for ordering prints and/or digital negatives.

Includes complimentary submission of digital image for senior yearbook (you must provide me the information for submission)

Families | Children | Couples

Full Session fee:  $100 with $250 print/order minimum required

This session is for families, children, and couples.  For extended family sessions (more than 6 people) please contact me for more information.

Typically these sessions occur on-location somewhere in Whitman Co — I like to come to you — the places you live, and the spots you  love,  are the environments I want to photograph you.

The session will last 1-2 hours and can include 2 locations and wardrobe changes.

The session will include group photos, individual photos, and various poses.

Includes an online, password protected, proofing gallery of 20-30 images for ordering prints and/or digital negatives.

Mini Session fee: $75 with $150 print/order minimum required

Just a shorter version of the full session — for couples, children, and babies (not available for newborn sessions)

Session lasts 30-60 minutes with a minimum of 15 images in an online, password protected, proofing gallery for ordering.

Newborns

Full session fee:  $150 with $200 print/order minimum required

A typical newborn session occurs during the first couple weeks of life– best between 5-10 days.

Photos can still be taken after this time frame, of course, but the wonderful sleepy, curled up photos will be much harder to achieve.

Newborn sessions usually take 2-3 hours, with lots of breaks for the baby to be nursed/changed/comforted.

This is the little one’s show….. and the photo shoot revolves around his/her schedule.

Session will include an online, password protected gallery with 20-30 proofs for ordering prints and/or digital negatives.

Weddings

Packages starting at $2200 and include digital files, print credit, and an album.
