Late Summer Fine Art

….here it is fall…..

……summer has slipped away like the tender years of childhood before her mother’s eyes….

….the bees have gathered their pollen in preparation of the cold to come….

….the insects  and flowers have parted ways….

…..with said promises of the following summer….

….time is nigh for reflection and fond remembrance of warm sunny days and soft breezes….

….summer color is everything…..

…..until next year, summer ….. xoxoxo….

  • Southern Gal - The bee with the pollen is ah-may-zing. Seriously. And how do you get photos of a dragonfly? They are so skittish. Love these.

Summer is hanging around in our area. There is a little nip in the air this morning…we’ll see.ReplyCancel

  • Wendy - SoGal — thanks! How to get a dragonfly to sit for you — a cold morning. Ha! We’ve already had 25 degree mornings and heavy frost….. I even dreamed it snowed last night. Thankfully, upon waking, it was just a dream!ReplyCancel

  • Carly H - These photos are absolutely breathtaking! I used to be the Vice President of a photography club at my school, so I love photography, and these are amazing!ReplyCancel
