WOW..WOW..WOW!!

Thank you! She and her crew (mom and friend) were so great to work with. Love my clients! :)

Ranch Party

Just a collection of photos from a ranch party our family was invited to attend.

The kids had a blast… Nona had her first Pepsi, Reid and Wyatt got to ride their friend’s horse, and we all were treated to Wylie and the Wild West.

What a splendid way to spend the afternoon!  Thank you!

Someone asked me…. why do they brand the calves?  Well, for identification, mostly.  An ear tag or clip can fall out, but a brand is permanent.  That way, if your calf ends up in a place it shouldn’t — it can be ID’d and returned to you.

(Yes, there is still some cattle rustling in the west.)

Trying out my wide angle lens — it’s a 14mm f/2.8 and I bought it second hand for landscapes and weddings. Still trying to figure out the best way to use it.

Looking down into Little Cove out by Winona, WA.

Good times with good people.

Learning to rope.

Love this one of Wylie’s dog.

Great pics Wendy! Definately a fun time!

(hmmmm….. I wonder what they would think)

Little League

It’s that time of year again……  baseball!!!!

…the budding pitcher…. how he loves to pitch…unless he accidentally hits someone with the pitch…..

…the hitter that is just learning …. his first year after T-ball … he tries his best, but mostly enjoys baseball for the social aspects at this point:)

…pitching, hitting, dodging pitches, catching, and hitting home runs…..

….practice makes perfect…. at least better than you were yesterday…..

…they have wonderful coaches this year — so happy with how they are teaching the boys….

…..and it’s OK to have fun while you’re doing it, right?

Love those little leaguer’s of mine…..

Ah. This makes me miss Jacob’s days of baseball. He pitched some, too. So much fun. So many great memories.

Welcoming Baby | Eastern WA Newborn Portraits

Remember this post?  Of course you do, it was just posted yesterday:)  But for those that don’t read the blog in sequential order, I wanted to link these before and after posts together.

What a beautiful family, wouldn’t you say?   And the sweetest, easiest family to work with.  Thank you!
