4 for Friday

…one…. of a child playing Angry Birds while he (not so) patiently waits for Mom to finish her job….

(really…. is it Friday already?  I think I need a couple more days this week just to get caught up!)

…two…. of the poser….. “Picture me, Mom” is his  request …. love this little man…..

…this little man that said in reference to his preschool teacher, “I love Mrs.  K.  She’s my best girl.”

….and then the other two boys who have been so lucky to have Mrs. K as their teacher piped in, “Yes, we miss Mrs. K.”

((((big cyber hugs to an unforgettable teacher))))

….three of a boy so proud of his swimming medal and trophy….

…his trophy for ” Most Improved 8 and under boys”  his medal for second place “Most points 10 and under boys”…

(and no, he didn’t want to put a shirt on…. boys……)

…. and four….. of two on  Petunia, the Palouse Empire Fair mascot…..

….fair time’s acomin’….. and a BIG “Yee—-haw!”  from all four…..

(i think she needs a paint job, don’t you?)

Have yourself a wonderful weekend!

  • paula - Happy Friday, Wendy!! Congratulations to Reid for receiving his trophy and medal! It is wonderful to be acknowledged for your improvements when you have toiled heedlessly toward achieving your goals!

Oh, I think Petunia looks quite chic sporting her shabby style. I do believe those marks of wear denote that she is greatly loved! 🙂ReplyCancel

  • Southern Gal - Yay for Reid! Ethan got a first place medal for most points, too. Such a huge accomplishment for your guy.

State Fair already? We have to wait until October so it will be cool enough for a day or two during the 12 days it’s here. Petunia is a classy lady!ReplyCancel
